Who we are and what we provide

Menutime is restaurant ordering software operated by Honeydew Labs LLC. Our service helps restaurants present online menus, receive customer orders, and manage those orders. Contact us for pricing, a demo, and availability. The walkthrough uses fictional data and cannot place an order or take payment.

Restaurant software, billing, and cancellation

Restaurant software is arranged directly with Menutime. Before purchasing, request a written service agreement stating the included features, fees, billing schedule, cancellation process and effective date, and refund eligibility. This website does not offer self-service subscriptions or take payments.

To request cancellation, email help@menutime.app with your restaurant name and account contact. Ask support to confirm the applicable agreement terms and effective date in writing.

Software refunds and billing disputes

For a refund request or a disputed Menutime software charge, email help@menutime.app with your restaurant name, invoice reference, charge date, and a description of the issue. Do not email card numbers or passwords. Refund eligibility is subject to your service agreement and applicable law; submitting a request does not itself guarantee a refund. You may also contact your payment provider about a disputed charge. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Food orders, changes, and refunds

The restaurant you order from is responsible for its food, ingredients, preparation, fulfillment, and restaurant-specific policies. Contact that restaurant promptly for an order change, cancellation, missing or incorrect items, or a refund. Eligibility depends on preparation progress, the restaurant’s policy, and applicable law. Menutime support can help with technical or account issues.

Menutime provides a digital software service and does not sell or ship physical goods on this website, so physical returns to Menutime do not apply. For a problem with food received from a restaurant, contact the restaurant directly.

Availability, responsible use, and promotions

Feature availability varies by restaurant and service agreement. Do not use Menutime fraudulently, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. Use is subject to applicable law and any legal restrictions that apply to your location. No promotional offer is advertised on this website; any future offer must include its eligibility, duration, pricing, and other terms.
